Book a Yoga Session FAQ

How do I know if your yoga is right for me?

Yoga is for anybody and every body! I thoroughly enjoy tailoring a session to your specific needs. My training has included courses focused on seniors, kids, prenatal, mindfulness and meditation as well as being trauma informed for PTSD and physical and emotional trauma. With a little trust I believe we can craft a yoga session that you will benefit from.

What kind of classes can I expect?

All classes can be customized but generally will run between 30-60mins and will include mindfulness, movement and meditation in the hatha/vinysa (flow) style. This will include breath work and postures. Depending on the participants I will incorporate music, games, journaling and guided meditations.

Where will the classes be?

Class location is online through various formats while some clients prefer their home or backyard or you are welcome in mine. If you would like to book in a group I can arrange for a larger setting.

How do I book a class and pay?

The best way to book a time is to call or email me to see what time and day works best for the both of us. Payment can be in cash or by email transfer and packages can be designed to suit your needs.
